Terms and conditions

Services included in the price: breakfast (from 08:00 to 10:00 am) free Wi-fi, independent air conditioning, tv color LCD, safe, sun terrace

Services not included in the price: external laundry service, bar service, crib € 15,00 only on request (CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS) and balance to the check in

Small pets allowed at the cost of Euro 15,00 per day

 

Credit cards accepted:  Visa, Mastercard, no American Express. The residence reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival.

Check in: 12:00 am – 20:00 pm Check out by 10:00 am

 

Minimum Stay: 

From 18th July to 7th August = 3 nights; from 8th to 24th August 2025 = 7 nights

Reduction/Supplements children’s :

CHILDREN 0 – 4 YEARS OLD = FREE IN DOUBLE WITH PARENTS

CHILDREN 5 – 12 YEARS OLD = A DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED DURING THE BOOKING PHASE.

CHILDREN FROM 13 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE = PAYING AS ADULTS

Cancellation policy

In all the periods (except for 24th July to 24th August) = booking may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrivals from the 6th day the customers will pay the full amount.

From 24th July to 24th August = booking may be cancelled up to 15 days prior to your scheduled arrivals from the 14th day the customers will pay the full amount.

In case of non arrival/no-show the customer will have to pay the full amount of the booking. In case of early departure reserved nights will not be refunded.
